Divine Child Senior Secondary School conducted a Drug-Free Mumbai awareness activity on 2nd July 2026 to educate students about the harmful effects of drug abuse and to encourage them to lead a healthy and drug-free lifestyle.

As part of the programme, different awareness activities were organized for students of Classes VI, VII, and VIII. The students of Class VI participated in an essay writing activity, expressing their thoughts on the importance of a drug-free Mumbai. Class VII students took part in an elocution activity, where they confidently spoke about the dangers of drug abuse and the need to spread awareness in society. The students of Class VIII showcased their creativity through a poster-making activity, designing impactful posters with messages promoting a drug-free environment.

The students participated with great enthusiasm and demonstrated creativity, confidence, and a strong understanding of the importance of staying away from drugs. The activity successfully created awareness among the students and motivated them to become responsible citizens committed to building a healthier and drug-free Mumbai.
