Maharashtra — a land of rich culture, glorious history, and timeless traditions — holds a special place in our hearts.

On 1st May, Divine Child Senior Secondary School came alive with patriotic fervour as we celebrated Maharashtra Day to honour the formation of our beloved state. The Tricolour fluttered proudly in the morning breeze as it was hoisted in the presence of esteemed dignitaries and our chief guest, Fr. Amrose.

The highlight of the ceremony was the inspiring speech by our guest of honour, who reminded everyone that while living in India, one should also know how to speak in Marathi — the language that reflects the soul of Maharashtra. His words stirred pride and encouraged all to respect and embrace our state language.

Students, teachers, and parents came together as one mind, one body, and one soul, making the celebration truly memorable.
Divine Child Senior Secondary School extends warm wishes to all students and parents for a Happy Maharashtra Day!
